Cluster reps

Cluster is another way to say total reps but more commonly used like this:

Work to a heavy 12 reps and cluster to 35 total reps.

The 12 reps count towards the 35 reps.

You will rest 60-90 seconds between cluster reps until you hit 35 reps total.
